Asthma

Asthma is a chronic inflammation of the bronchial tubes that affects our airways it will effects on lungs becasue our tubes carry air out and in due to ashthma inside walls of your airways become sore and swollen.This swelling or inflammation makes the airways extremely sensitive to irritations and increases our susceptibility to an allergic reaction and also result ins difficulty breathing. Asthma affects people of all ages, but it most often starts in childhood. There are many types of asthma but some of most popular asthma types are define bellow:-
  • Allergic asthma
  • Exercide induced asthma
  • occupational asthma
Common symtoms of asthma include wheezing, chest tightness, breathing problems, and coughing.allergy, colds, stress, exercise also casues to asthma.

 Causes of Asthma:- Asthma is caused and maintained by more than one of the following causes:

(1)Exposure to tobacco or wood smoke.

(2)Genetic or hereditary cause.

(3)Inhaling other respiratory irritants such as perfumes or cleaning products

(4)Exposure to cold, dry weather can also effect

(5)Environmental factors (pollution, pollen, etc) - Systemic diseases

(6)Exposure to airway irritants at the workplace

(7)Mental stress & Allergens
