It's only natural for mother to protect the baby that is about to be conceived or is already growing rapidly.One more thing that every Pregnancy is different and no two are alike.Another important thing is food what a pregnent woman have to eat and what to avoide i will daily recommendate for fruits and vegetablesand also Plain, chocolate, and vanilla flavor milk and some doctor recommendate 2 grams of fiber, 4 percent of the daily recommended amount of iron, and even 1 gram of protein.Salad-spinach, carrots, tomatoes, celery, cucumbers, zucchini, raisins, and nuts also helps to get power.Another thing is Carrots carrots are full of vitamin A and fiber and you can find them in single-serving bags.orange juice full of vitamin-C.

    Few Basic Things:-

    • Please take sufficient prenatal vitamins. Remember, your baby needs those vitamins too.
    • Take protein its very important for the baby’s brain to develop and also to help you have a healthy full term.
    • Please start with proper pre-pregnancy check ups. These will tell you if your insides are healthy and will be able to house the baby for 9 months.
    • With doctor’s guidance, start taking adequate amounts of Folic acid.
    • Eat plenty of nutritious food and do exercise with caution and proper guidance. Keep your weight under control.
    • Strengthen your pelvic muscles by doing Kegel’s exercises regularly please take advice from doctor or trainer for this.
    • Take fat or cholesterol in your diet. Fat is important for elastic skin and for the development of baby’s brain.
    • Fresh air also neccesary for baby so Fill your house with indoor plants – it is the best way to combat the chemicals and pollution in the air.
    • If you are travelling in Pregnancy take good care and keep all your medicines handy along with the prescriptions.
    • Always think positive. Avoid all negative thought and action as it can definitely harm your unborn baby.
    • Discuss all the medical problems with your doctor? If you haven’t, do it before you actually conceive so that you can take all precautions needed for anything that could be hereditary.

    Avoid Some Things:-

    • Please avoid drinking it will create some problem just like Birth defects, mental retardation, congenital defects, facial deformity and system malfunctions are some of the ill effects of drinking.
    • Avoid fish from contaminated lakes and rivers that may be exposed to high levels of polychlorinated biphenyls.
    • Avoid smoking and its smoke becuase it will also do some disastrous like spontaneous abortion, premature births, low weight babies with attendant problems, and fetal deaths.
    • Avoid drug please take advice before taking any drugs from doctors.
    • Avoid soft cheeses this may contain bacteria called Listeria, which can cause miscarriage.
    • Avoid some pills just like aspirin for common ailments as they can cause unbelievable damage to the unborn child. You have to be careful especially during the first 8 weeks of pregnancy as this is when all the important organs are formed. Always consult the doctor before taking any medicine.
    • Avoid coffee Too many cups of coffee or tea consumed during pregnancy is said to cause increased risk of diabetes in the child.
    • If you have pets in home must take a watch they are free of ticks and fleas. Tick bites can expose you to Lyme’s disease which can kill the fetus.
    • Avoid eating fish methylmercury content in fish is supposed to affect the baby’s brain.
    • Avoid all temptation to eat junk food. They are empty calories that are far from the nutrition your baby needs.
    • Refrigerated pate or meat spreads should be avoided because they may contain the bacteria listeria. Canned pate, or shelf-safe meat spreads can be eaten.

    Tips to prevent STRETCH Marks:-

    • Try to use Sandalwood paste is known to prevent skin from stretching a lot during pregnancy.
    • Use Aloe Vera gel stomach during pregnancy which will prevent stretch marks.
    • Create a equal ammount of mixture of calendula oil and wheat germ oil and apply this on stomach breasts and hips.
    • Proper hydration will maintain the elasticity of skin which will in turn help keep the collagen production at normal levels and prevent the Stretch marks . So try to drink lot of water during pregnancy.
