  • First tips is take right task on right time if your energy level is good (when you eat good food) then take your major projects after lunch on the other hand if your energy level is low take simple work to do.

  • Take a walk or get some form of activity during lunch break. Even a 15-minute walk can greatly boost your energy level.

  • The energy boost of a sugary snack wears off very quickly so avoid these foods. Instead have fresh or dried fruit or nuts, which are a healthy and long-lasting source of energy.Becasue sugar contains Low blood sugar that will often contribute to lack of energy and difficulty concentrating

  • Do a seated massage. 10-15 minutes of massage can help stimulate blood flow, relieve tension and refocus your energies.

  • If you feel completely drained, get up and go for a brisk walk. It only needs to be 5-10 minutes.A few minutes of fresh air and natural light can work wonders.

  • Pick a light lunch the biggest cause of that sleepy feeling is overdoing it at lunch time.

  • If your jobs is not physically the most effective point is in the middle of the top of your head. so tap gently for 2-3 minutes will leave you feeling energized.

  • If you face disastrous meeting, then use exercise and breathing exercises to bring calm to your stressed out mind and body. A great exercise to release some tension from the upper back.

  • If your are sitting in front of a computer all day can leave you tired and aching. Take regular breaks. At least once an hour get up, move around and stretch your legs.

  • To keep your mind sharp with the help of protein, healthy fats, fiber, and anti-oxidant rich berries.Take a protein shake, some berries, and a cup of Green Tea will keep you racing ahead in the mental marathon, while those that rely on caffeine and sugar will be miles behind due to mental cramping and crashing.

  • The office where you are working also boost ur energy level so take care of that also.

  • Drink lot of water if you not drink enough of it you felt sleepy, be less able to concentrate and may get headaches.

  • Take few deep breaths and stretches will boost our circulation and also help to get you up.

  • Extend your legs out in front of you and point and flex your toes.
