How to eat and What to eat

Always choose the types of foods that improve your health and avoid the food that will do illness and produce heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Here are some guidelines and tips for creating and maintaining a healthy diet.

Tips for healthy diet
(Healthy Eating) :-
  • Don't eat more food then your body require so try not take more calories that your body require so always maintain a balance between your calorie intake and calorie expenditure by your body. Average recommended for calorie is vary upon age , sex ,weight, height.
  • If you are taking healthy diet to improve your energy do a regular physical activity and exercise.
  • Eat different variety of foods just like vegetables, whole grains, or fruits.
  • Always take food that contains carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, low in fat, and free of cholesterol.
  • Water plays an important role to flush our body system like kidneys and bladder and waste products and toxins. So always drink 2-3 litre in a day.
  • Avoid too much sugar,salted and refined-grain products.
  • Create a good food habits.

Smart Eating:-

  • Always chew your food slowly. Becasue stomach take 20 minutes to inform to brain that your full. So always try to eat slowly.
  • Starving is not solution of lose weight. Your metabolism slow down if your body doesnot receive the required nutrients. You should eat small meals at regular intervals to keep your energy levels high.
  • Avoid to eat red meat because it is high in saturated fat other side eat chicken and fish are best to consume.
  • Onion and garlic are best to eat Onion decreases blood pressure and garlic decreases cholesterol.
  • If you have high blood pressure we advice you to take minimum ammout of salt. Salt also produce water retention.
