Tips to be healthy  

Here at this webpage, we have provided some free cooking and Kicthen tips there are some beautiful tips which have reduce the cost for some treatment and also prevent our kicthen from ants.

Some Kitchen and Cooking Tips: 

Almonds Almonds:Soak Almonds in hot water for 15 minutes, its skin will be easily removed. 
Ants Ants:If ants have entered in your sugar container, put 3-4 cloves and ants will go away.
Biscuits Biscuits:To keep biscuits fresh for a longer time, put a blotting paper at the bottom of the container.
Butter Butter: Use butter to its minimum, if it is essential to use, use a butter containing low saturated fat or with plant stanols (which avoid absorption of cholesterol by our body) or similar substitutes.
Banana Banana: To have a cooling effect over a burn on your body, apply mashed banana.
Apple Apples: Apple pieces get brown in colour when kept in open for a long time, pour lemon juice on the cut surface to keep those fresh for a longer period.
Bee Bee and Scorpion Sting Relief: Apply a mixture of 1 pinch of chewing tobacco and 1 drop of water. Mix and apply directly and immediately to the sting; cover with band-aid to hold in place. Pain will go away in just a few short minutes
Karela Bitter Gourd (Karela): To lessen the bitterness of Bitter Gourd, slit Karelas at the middle and apply a mixture of salt, wheat flour and curd all round. Cook it after 30 minutes.
Celery Celery: Wrapping celery in Aluminum foil and placing them in refrigerator will keep celery afresh for longer time.
Burnt Burnt Food: To clean up a burnt vessel, place 1 chopped onion and pour boiling water in it for 5 minutes. It will be easy to clean.
Chilly Chilly Powder: If you keep a small piece of hing (asafetida) in the same container having chilly powder, it will help you to store it for a longer period.
Chopping Chopping: To chop the vegetables, always use a wooden board. Knife will not be blunt. Also, if you use a plastic board, small plastic pieces may go with the vegetables.
Mint Coriander/Mint: If fresh coriander and mint leaves are not available; you can use dried ones in coarse powder form in vegetable curry or chutney. To keep them fresh for a longer time, wrap them in a muslin cloth and keep in a fridge.
Cockroaches Cockroaches: Put some boric powder in kitchen in corners and other places. Cockroaches will leave your house.
Coconut Coconut: To remove the hust of a coconut, immerse it in water for 1/2 an hour.
dryfruits Dry Fruits: Dry fruits can be easily chopped by placing them in fridge for 30 minutes before cutting. Also, dip the knife in hot water and then cut.
rollingpin Rolling Pin: To remove the sticky dough from the rolling pin, place it in freezer for a few minutes.
dryfruits Fresh Egg: To check whether egg is fresh or not, put it in a pan containing cool salted water. If it sinks, it is fresh; if it rises to the surface, it is certainly quite old. 
dryfruits Garlic: Garlic skin comes off easily if the garlic cloves are slightly warmed before peeling. 
dryfruits Ghee: Try to avoid usage of ghee for preparing food; rather substitute it with canola oil.
green chillies Green Chilies: Remove the stems before storing green chilies; it will keep them fresh for a longer time.
peas Green Peas: Keep green peas in a polythene bag in the freezer, to preserve them for long.
peas Idlies: Place a paan leaf over the leftover idli and dosa batter to prevent them sour. Do not beat idli batter too much, the air which has been incorporated during fermentation will escape. If you add half a tsp of fenugreek seeds to the lentil and rice mixture while soaking, dosas will be more crisp.
peas Fruits: To ripen fruits, wrap them in newspaper and put in a warm place for 2-3 days. The ethylene gas they emit will make them ripe.
