Total Skin Care Information: Skin is that part of our body by which others guess our age. Not only for this a good skin care can retard and help rejuvenate old tired looking skin. So should take care of skin on regular basis. Skin is mainly composed of three primary layers: the epidermis, which provides waterproofing and serves as a barrier to infection; the dermis, which serves as a location for the appendages of skin; and the hypodermis, which is called the basement membrane.

Everyone wants to have a smooth, vibrant and healthy looking skin and this can only be done if we take care of our skin everyday. Here at total health care information we give you the tips which help you in taking care of your skin. Apart from these tips we have also mentioned some skin diseases and their treatments. May it be helpful to you.

Skin Care Tips:-

  • One of the commonly found diseases in skin is dry skin and the main reason of dry skin is dehydration means shortage of water and it can be in summers or in winters as well. So to get relief from dry skin drink plenty of water in a day.
  • Use skin moisturisers and after sun lotions containing Aloe-Vera generously on the skin. For an extra soothing experience store the lotion in the fridge to keep cool.
  • To remove dead and peeling skin always use a loofah or other exfoliant.
  • It is suggested to use a sunscreen with a sun protection factor i.e. SPF and use it thoroughly paying special attention to the sensitive areas.
  • Use some skin friendly ingredients like aloe-vera, cocoa butter, vitamin E, lavender oil and tea.
  • Cold compresses and cool baths will help a lot to ease the pain.
  • Protect your skin with direct sun light.

To make skin Glowing:-

  • Create a mixture of 1tbsp gram flour,1tsp of lime juice,a pich of turmeric powder with uncooked milk and apply this on the face and neck and wash after 10 minutes with lukewarm water.
  • Create a mixture of egg white,honey and apply on the face for instant glow and usefull for both oily and dry skin.
  • Create a mixture of 1 tbsp of rose water,1 tbsp of clay, some mint and apply on the face for oily skin.
  • Create a mixture of oats,honey,curd and ground almonds and apply it on face for atleast five minutes and wash the face from lukewarm water.
  • Create a home face pack from honey, basin, cream of milk and olive oil and apply on face.
  • Create a mixture or paste of red sandal powder and coconut milk and apply on face for soft skin.
  • Create a mixture of oatmeal and egg white and apply on neck and face for oily skin.
  • Create a mixture of egg yolk, olive oil and lemon juice and apply on face and neck and wash after 10-12 minutes.
  • Create a mixture of curd and cucumber juice and apply on the face.
  • Create a mixture of rose water and vinegar and apply on face.
  • Create a mixture of grapes, lemon and egg white and apply it on the face for oily skin and wash after 20 minutes.
  • Rub the lemon on the face and wash from cold water.
  • Create a mixture of honey, lemon and vegetable oil for dry skin and apply it on the face for 10 minutes.
  • Create a mixture of pumpkin with egg yolk and milk and apply this on the face for 30 minutes.
  • Apply Buttermilk on skin.
  • Apply a smashed banana on face for supple skin for 20 minutes.
  • Create a mixture of curry leaf powder with multani mitti and apply on the face.

Do women need skin care? Of course they do. They have every right to look neat, clean and smart. Some tips that can help them sail beautifully through this festive winter season.
Well-Balanced Diet:-Women Skin needs a regular and well-balanced supply of nutrienst and try to eat at least five portions of fresh vegetables or fresh fruits everyday take fruits plus a salad or vegetable dish with two meals.Avoid chocolate, sweets and other fatty and sugary foods cause spots.
Drink Water:- Some time skin dehydration internaly and externaly to re-hydrate your body by drinking two to three litres. Drink water not tea ,coffee or other caffeine-containing or sugary drinks so avoids these drinks.
Avoid TEA AND COFFEE:-The tired-looking and greasy skin and spots is due to drink a lot of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cola-type drinks.Try to drink no more than three cups of coffee, tea or other caffeine containing drinks a day.
Avoid Smoking:-Nicotine does not help you keep a healthy skin. It attacks the blood vessels that feed the skin with nutrients and oxygen, as well as hose that drain away the waste products from the skin.
Avoid Too Much alcohol:- It a common issue excess of any thing is harmfull .Excessive alcohol intakes may lead to skin problems such as split veins. Try not to drink more than the recommended 21 units a week

Total Men Skin Care Information:-

Do men need skin care? Of course they do. They have every right to look neat, clean and handsome. Some tips that can help them sail beautifully through this festive winter season.
Hygiene: it is a must to wash your face two to three times a day. You could use a cleanser. Men with oily skin could use a soapy cleanser or a face wash, for more mature and dry skin a cream based face wash is fine.
Green Tea: take 2-3 cups of green tea a day as it helps to detoxify and provide antioxidants that ward off signs of ageing.
Trifala Powder: another easy way to a healthy, glowing skin is to take half a teaspoon full of trifala powder at night with half a glass of water. This helps cleanse the system of all toxins that accumulate inside our body. Regular use of trifala powder helps remove dullness and improves the glow of the skin.
Citrus Fruits: remember to grab two oranges in a day. This provides the daily dose of vitamin c, which protects from blemishes and freckles.
Skin Care: investing ten minutes a day will go a long way in keeping your skin glowing, healthy and young. It is essential to cleanse tone and moisturize your skin morning and night. In case of some problems like blemishes, freckles, pigmentation, dark circles, acne or wrinkling you should consult your dermatologist and treat the problem.
Body Care: it is important to oil your body especially in the winter months. Best approach is to brush the entire body with a soft towel for ten minutes, then rub olive or seasame seed oil on the body with fast strokes for ten minutes, then have a bath with a body wash or your favorite soap. This ritual can be a weekend affair.
Sun Protection: younger acne prone oily skin does well with lactealamine. Sunscreen provides protection for 2 hours, so wash and reapply after 2 hours. For more mature and dry skin, apply sunscreen with SPF 40/45 before going out. Maximum sun damage is between 12 to 4 pm in winter and 10 to 5 pm in summer, therefore remember to protect yourself specially during this time.
Exercise: everyday 30 minutes of brisk walking followed by 10 minutes of breathing exercise three days a week goes a long way in improving the health as well as the skin.

Food for Good Skin:-

  • Eat blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes which are in Vitamin C. Because the virus is new, there will be no vaccine ready to protect against pandemic flu.
  • To keep skin smooth - garlic and onions are ideal to fulfill sulphur in the body.
  • Take almonds, avocado, hazelnuts, pine nuts and sunflower and corn oils which are in Vitamin E.
  • Take wheatgerm, liver, pumpkin seeds, sardines and oysters, help to repair skin damage and keep it soft and supple.
  • Liver, eggs, milk and oily fish are good sources along with fortified cereals and margarines which are in Vitamin A.
  • Take 2-3 litre water a Day.
  • Take beef, cheese, eggs, liver and Marmite.
  • Take Brazil nuts, cashew nuts, fresh tuna, sunflower seeds, walnuts and wholemeal bread.

For Black Spots:-

  • Do a paste of mehndi and oil and apply on the face.
  • Create a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and glycerin and apply it on the spots.
  • Do a paste of turmeric and curry leaves on the face and wash it after 15 minutes.
  • Create a mixture of mehndi and turmeric and apply on the spot.
  • Grind betel leaf and add a little coconut oil and apply it on the spots.
  • Create a paste of saffron and add some honey , apply it on the face to remove black spots.
