Looking good is the main thing for which everyone is becoming conscious in today’s world. It has become very important to be in shape. It has a direct impact on your self-confidence. It also boosts your moral. Obesity is a serious disease and can affect your mental fitness.There can be a numerous reasons for people to be overweight. Our metabolism rate plays a significant role in gaining or losing weight. If metabolism rate is low, you will slowly lose the weight because Fat will get stored in your body. Hormonal imbalance is also one of the major reasons but the most common reason is Unhealthy eating habits and lack of workout.

Some Weight Loss Tips: 

  • Drinking a lot of water is the most effective way of losing weight. A person must have 2 liters of water in a day. Don’t take soft drinks; rather replace it with water or lemon with water.

  • Instead of taking one heavy meal, take 4-5 small meals in day. It will help you in easy digestion of food and your body will release less insulin.

  • To burn extra calories, make a habit of walking for at least 30 minutes a day. Avoid taking out your vehicles for nearby place.

  • While serving food, use small plates. It’s a truth that lesser the food put in front of us, lesser we will eat.

  • Include water rich foods in your diet, as it will reduce your calorie consumption. Take soup and salad at least 1 hour before your lunch and dinner.

  • Have more n more of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Like pasta and omelet can be loaded with vegetables. It will not only add taste to the dish, will be nutritious as well.

  • White foods like white sugar, white rice and white flour contains large amount of carbohydrates, so avoid taking these types of foods. Rather replace it with whole grain breads and brown rice.

  • Avoid taking coffee drinks at shops as these contain more calories due to whole milk, cream and sugar. Instead take regular coffee having skimmed milk with good coffee beans. It tastes great and contains fewer calories.

  • Full cream milk includes more calories and less calcium, so start taking skimmed milk that contains more calcium and fewer calories.

  • You will consume more fiber and calcium, by having cereal in your breakfast. Try taking this for at least 5 days a week, you will consume lesser fat.

  • The best way to control taking fats is to take your food at home. We like having food outside but actually we are not taking good food there rather we are consuming high-fat and high-calorie food.

  • Often take water during your meal and have a little discussion with your partner. Eat slowly and put your fork and spoon down after each bite. By doing this, you will be soon satisfied with your meal.

  • Don’t take food unnecessarily. Eat only when you are hungry. Some people take food due to boredom, nervousness, habit and frustration. In these situations also, try to take fruits instead of anything else.

  • Fruit juices are very high in calories. Also, it will not satisfy your hunger for a long time. Therefore, take fruits instead of juices. It will also help you take fiber into your body.

  • At dinner grains and vegetables must be in the equal ration. A bowl of rice contains more calories than a bowl of vegetable.

  • Don’t sit for more than two hours continuously. Take a small walk for 10 minutes to refresh yourself. It’s good for your organs, bones and muscles. It will keep you active whole day.

  • Doing household work such as cleaning is a good exercise. Make a habit of washing anything thoroughly once in a week such as floor, windowpanes, bathroom tiles etc. It helps you to burn 4 calories in every minute of cleaning.

  • Before taking dinner, go on a walk for half an hour. It will burn your calories and cut down your appetite as well.

  • While eating in groups, we tend to eat more. It may be because we spend more time on the table. So in groups, always take a notice of your time and what you had in your food and leave your plate when your hunger is satisfied.

  • You must have noticed, we eat more while watching TV or movies. Skip doing so, rather finish your pending household work.

  • There are more chances to burn calories at daytime rather in night, so try taking as much calories as you can before evening.
